Duration for Hair and Makeup Services

1. Bridal hair and makeup will take approximately 3 hours and non-bridal hair and makeup will take about 1.5 to 2 hours.

2. Per touch up & hairstyle change will take approximately 1 hour.

3. Hours above do not include changing of gowns or travelling. Please set aside enough time according to above guide when doing your planning.

Booking Confirmations, Deposits, Cancellations and Postponements

1. A deposit of 50% is required to reserve the booking date and time and it is strictly non-refundable. If no deposit is received, the booking is considered unconfirmed. Please note that there will be no soft bookings allowed. To soft book means to reserve the date without a deposit, which means that we will need to turn down other clients who request for a booking on the same date without a confirmation from you. :(

2. The balance payment is to be paid on the day the services are rendered, no later than 2359 hours.

3. Deposits will be forfeited in an event of cancellation of any services.

4. Services paid for can only be passed on to clients who require the same services. E.g. Brides who paid deposit for a Standard package can pass on this package to another bride who would like to use the same services.

5. Rates quoted will be valid for one month from the date of quotation. Beyond the validity, the rates are subjected to changes and a new quote will be given upon request.

6. In the event where the deposit has been paid (for Actual Wedding Day or ROM) and there is a postponement in date, changes to a new date will be subjected to the MUA’s availability. Deposit will be forfeited in the event that the MUA is not available.

7. In the event where the deposit has been paid (for pre-wedding shoots, family/corporate shoots) and there is a postponement in date, changes to a new date will be subjected to the MUA’s availability. Deposit will be forfeited in the event that the MUA is not available.

8. In the event that the MUA have arrived at your location and completed the makeup and hair on the day of photoshoot, service will be considered as rendered and balance payment has to be made even if the photoshoot is cancelled due to rain or unforeseen circumstances.

Hair and Makeup Trials

1. Hair and makeup trial is charged separately if required before confirmation of package.

2. Hair and makeup will be removed after the trial session. Each session consist of 1 makeup and 1 hairstyle. Additional styles or time taken beyond 2.5 hours will be chargeable at $50 per hour.

3. Trials cannot be used for other purposes (e.g. for pre-wedding shoots or save the dates).

4. Trials are conducted on weekday afternoons (1:30pm) at Tampines, subjected to availability.

Other Terms

1. At Allybeauty.co, we provide a complimentary loan of bridal hair accessories to all brides who engage us for our services.

2. All accessories are to be returned, either by hand or through mail.

3. As all the hair pieces we own are crafted by their creators with love and effort, please ensure that they are properly wrapped and protected before mailing them out. In an event that hair accessories are damaged or lost through regular mail, a one-time charge of $100 is payable.
